Owner's Description

I picked this one up after I bought the $1 notes and I realized that I could get a $5 silver certificate too as long as I didn't insist on getting too high of a grade - I was definitely doing this on a budget and I think I was trying to keep the cost of most of these down to about $20-30 a note, already graded.
