Owner's Description
This bill has and image of Grain being Thrashed on the face with the Latin Motto, "Tribulatio Ditat" which translates as, "Affliction Improves It". This bill is signed by Benjamin Brannan and Samuel Sellers
This is a very underappreciated bill in this series.
This is the second finest CC-39 behind a 50 EPQ bill in the census! PMG has only graded about ten July 22, 1776, CC-39 bills with only 1 receiving a grade of AU or better and none have received an uncirculated grade. The July 22, 1776 $2 are the 7th rarest of the 102 bills in the series.
