Obverse: T'ien Ming at right, two dragons on frame, with green phoenix overprinted in center. Seven digit serial number.
Obverse Color: Black, Green and Yellow under print in center
Reverse: Imperial Palace, Hsinking (The name of the city means "long spring" in Chinese. Between 1932 and 1945, Changchun was renamed Hsinking)
