Graded 64 at CGA and look how CGA and PMG agree to differ. Proves without a doubt. ALL CGA NOTES SHOULD BE PURCHASED AS IT WERE UNGRADED. CGA grading does allow one to know the absolute ceiling grade of a note, but not the cellar.

Picked raw. Nice price on this note. Surprised a 64EPQ!! This is a lovely note. The color contrast of the 1934 North Africa emergency set is really nice. The classic look of our current green back with the gold seal and big blue 10. What a beautiful note from a beautiful series.
