Matches my Kansas City $2 Battleship. The famous Thomas Flynn PMG 65 EPQ. What a wonderful pair. PMG has graded 103 Kansas City $1 FRBN's. Only 8 have been graded at the same as this note and there are 3 66 EPQ's and 1 67 EPQ.
