Keene, NH The Cheshire NB Ch. # (N)559 PMG 30 $5 1902 DB Fr. 590 SN 14896/Y19163A pp E Oct. 2, 1904 This is one of only three $5 1902 Date Backs known on the bank and is comes on bright, moderately circulated paper that is amply margined. The printed inks are all bold with deep blue overprints found. The stamped bank officers' signatures of W.R. Porter, Cashier and Wm. H. Elliot, President are faded a bit but still visible.

Unger, President, guided this bank that was one of five banks in this Northumberland County town. While small size notes are readily available from this Northumberland County bank, its large size counterparts are another matter entirely with just eight pieces reported.
