The bank officer signatures of Asst. Cashier ? Fell? and Pres. Joseph Winter are rubber stamped. Previously, the bank officers were Cashier T(omas) C. Yates and President A(lexander) Maitland. Yates and Maitland held these two positions from at least 1887 to 1924. The lack of a treasury SN indicates this note was printed after 22 Aug 1925.
