Owner's Description

Mostly just sticking this back here so it can be next to the newer notes in the set, as a commentary on how dated this note looks next to all the new, colorized notes. Although I think even the colorized US notes look pretty dated compared to some of the new polymer notes and hybrid material notes coming from some other countries now.
