This note features the signature of Jasper Q. Hollom.
Hollom was the 23rd Chief Cashier of the Bank of England, serving from March 1, 1962 to June 30, 1966.

Rowland Baring was Governor of the Bank of England when this note was issued. He was the Bank’s 114th Governor, serving from July 1, 1961 to June 30, 1966.
