This MD-7 AU-53 EPQ (20 Shillings) Note is an excellent surviving example which is exceptionally rare that includes an artful Counterfoil. This Note is an outstanding addition to my specialized 1733 Resolution Series Set. The Maryland Colonial General Assembly authorized 30,000 of this denomination. The MARYLAND water mark has been confirmed on this specimen so to verify that it is not a counterfeit. As of the time of this writing, PMG has graded only one (1) MD-7 specimen and total of six (6) other graded specimens are known to exist in various legacy PCGS holders. Also, a few ungraded specimens exist.
