Owner's Description

PMG 25 EPQ. PMG doesn't designate many 25's as EPQ so this is a special note! The county seat of Warren County and a first name town, but actually named after General Warren. Major General (Dr.) Joseph Warren, b. June 11 1741, was an American physician and President of the revolutionary Massachusetts Provincial Congress. Dr. Warren's death when British troops attacked the redoubt atop Breed's Hill was immortalized in John Trumbull's painting, The Death of General Warren at the Battle of Bunker's Hill, June 17, 1775. He has been memorialized in the naming of many towns, counties and other locations in the United States, by statues, and in numerous other ways. When the Warren NB extended its charter for another 20 years in 1913, its notes received the coveted Napier-Thompson signature combination. Only 132 charter numbers received notes from Napier-Thompson plates. This is direct quote from ddr70's profile page. Thank you for not getting pissed if you read this plagiarism.
