This MD-1 CU-64 (1 Shilling) Note is an exceptional surviving example with the Counterfoil included. The specimen makes for an excellent addition to my specialized 1733 Resolution Series Set. The Maryland Colonial General Assembly authorized 60,000 of this denomination. As of the time of this writing, PMG has graded eighteen (18) MD-1 specimens with only two (2) in higher grade.

MD-2 PMG XF-40: March 13, 1733 This MD-2 XF-40 (1 Shilling, 6 Pence) Note is a fine surviving example with the complete Counterfoil included that has been repaired. The specimen makes for a nice addition to my specialized 1733 Resolution Series Set. The Maryland Colonial General Assembly authorized 60,000 of this denomination for this emission. As of the time of this writing, PMG has graded only eight (8) MD-2 specimens with five (5) in higher grade.

As of the time of this writing, PMG has graded only seven (7) MD-3 specimens with only three (3) in higher grade.
