A charter date of "Aug. 8, 1908" corresponding to use of this 2d title is observed. The second title is found on series 1882 DBs only and resulted in a scarcer Fr. 546 Vernon | Treat signatures.

Radar bank SN on this large only Philadelphia bank that was closed in April, 1926. Signatures are bold and black for R. (Richard) H. (Holt) Rushton, Cashier (later VP) and S. (Sidney) F. (Frederick) Tyler, President.
