Owner's Description

Of the 73 $1 1928C notes graded by PMG only 30 have received a grade 65 & above, 13 in 65, 14 in 66 & 2 in67.A tough note to find in high grades. Only two 65's & 1 66 came up for sale in 2009 7and only two notes in 2008. IThis note will do for now ...will wait for a higher grade.
