Set Description:
The only comics that I have in the set are Avengers issue number #273, Daredevil issue number #236 and Incredible Hulk issue number #325.
The plan is to acquire and add further comics to the set. To that end I have just taken delivery of raw copies of the Alpha Flight, Classic X-Men, Fantastic Four and West Coast Avengers comics in the set. I think their average grade is vfn+ rather than the nm at which they were sold, and I am pondering whether to have some or all of them pressed and slabbed by CGC. I believe that should bring them up to a 9.0 or 9.2 so the question is perhaps whether I should go ahead or wait and see whether any slabbed copies at say a 9.6 or 9.8 grade become available at auction and can be acquired at a reasonable price instead.
