This is the first set covering 2013 Five Dollars Notes. The following DC notes are printed and listed in the population report, and will be added to this set they are Fr #1996-A, B, C, E, F*, G and J. The following star notes need to be added to this set are Fr #1996-B*, E*, H*. Also the Fr #1996-I was added to the set.
The following notes were added to complete this set are Washington DC series B/* and I/A block and Fort Worth.
The Fort Worth K was miss marked or coded as five dollars notes but it's a two dollars K and was remove. At this time only 2017 Fr #1997-K* star Five Dollars note was printed at this time.
