Cut Sheet of 4. It is extremely rare to find a surviving 1900 Gold Certificate without water damage. Perforation Cancelled by the Treasury Department, the hole punching reads "PAYABLE ONLY TO THE TREASURER OF THE U.S. A FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OR A FEDERAL RESERVE AGENT".
