Fr. 236 $1 1899 Silver Certificate PMG Choice Uncirculated 64.
From an early PMG holder that carries the "Great Embossing" comment, but no EPQ. These notes can be reholdered with the EPQ comment at the request of the owner. This beauty has nice margins and wonderful color in addition to its punch-through embossing.
