Owner's Description

This note was bought ungraded. Once again, I had a feeling. The seller had poor photographs and I need a gold clause $500 so I took a chance. The bill is absolutely superb and only the wallet folds hold it back. Nevertheless it graded PMG 40 EPQ!! What a deal! Those who balked at my price ungraded will now regret that decision as this was a WINNER!
