Owner's Description

My first foray into fractional currency. I though a Choice Uncirculated of our first President would be suitable. A hand signed beauty with vibrant colors on the reverse. Lyn Knight's description: "Colby/Spinner with red back and hand signed. This seems Gemmy to me. This note is part of a beautiful old-time Fractional collection that was put together 40-60 years ago. I believe the notes are extremely under-rated by PMG. Look for yourself."
