FRONT: In the center is printed the denomination surrounded by a floral wreath. At the top of the note, in a cartouche, are two cornucopia. In the background, surrounding the wreath and denomination, are geometric patterns. At the bottom of the note is printed "Ukrainian People's Republic".

BACK: A single, straight line, border. Within the border a Tryzub displayed at the top, below the Tryzub is printed "Walks on par with the ringing coin.".

NOTES: Printed in Kyiv. Pick lists two varieties, an imperforated variety (11b) and contemporary counterfeit (11x). Printed on white perforated cardboard, without gum, and perforations added directly after the printing process.

Stamps of the same designed were issued on gummed white paper, without perforations, and no back design.

Specimens were printed and released on a uniface cardboard sheet, all front designs were display along with a single back design of the double boarder.
