Owner's Description

Pick 16, a new 5 livres and the first issue from the "Banque de Syrie et du Liban". Back side showing the "Tawbeh" Mosque in Tripoli in Northern Lebanon. Watermark is the Apkallu bird from Nimrud city (Iraq today). See Pick 15, above, for the story.
