Owner's Description

This is the latest note added to my sets improving the grade by two points over the previous note. This is a very high graded note with only 3 notes with one point higher.
Fiber notes are tough to find with good paper and clear surcharges on the back. The course paper tends to cause blurring of the surcharge. Applying the surcharges was the first step. The sheet was first dampened. Glue was "printed" onto the paper for the surcharges. Bronze powder was then applied to the wet glue. After the surcharges were applied to both sides, the printing then took place.
