Owner's Description

A banknote issued in 1965, it is characterized by its red color and shares the front design with the rest of the series. Its distinctive back design features a view of the two minarets of Al-Khamis Mosque and what remains of the prayer hall. It is believed that the mosque was built during the reign of Caliph Omar bin Abdul Aziz.
