Owner's Description

This choice uncirculated 63 note is very eye appealing! There are minuscule spots along the edge of this high denomination note. PMG classes it as (minor stains). I remember being given a marker to test all denomination Canada notes where I clerked in the 70's. I wonder if the edge dots are just the old way we tested notes for counterfeits? What do you think. I didn't let the dots distract me as a collector because this is a high quality rare note with the duo Coyne Towers signatures. The serial number is unique as it is almost ascending scrambled. The infamous diablo in the hair is clear.
