Owner's Description

A banknote issued in 1965, it is the only paper quarter dinar note in all of Bahrain's paper currency issues to date. It is characterized by its brown color and shares the front design with the rest of the series. Its distinctive back design features an image of an oil drilling rig, with a refinery visible in the background, highlighting the importance of the oil and gas industry in Bahrain's economic transformation.
