Owner's Description

The handwritten date on this one reads 05-12-03. It’s hard to read most of the stamp on this one but it looks like another Standard Chartered Bank of Zimbabwe stamp from 05-12-03. I can’t tell what location / branch is indicated but I would guess this is another one from Harare. The PAID stamp from the RBZ says 08 Dec 2003 as well. Based on the similarities in the stamps and the inking I’m wondering if this P-17 was stamped by the same person, at the same desk, with the same stamp as the P-18 in this set (8085761-004)
