Owner's Description

LHL was the Finance Minister in 2002, responsible for the Central Bank then BCCS. This $50 note was issued with his signature on the banknote with prefix runs from 1HL - 1KN, total 23 prefixes. BCCS was later restructured rename it as MAS, last prefix 1HL with over print were used to commemorate the cross over the identity. 5000 sets were issued.

New set of $50 note bearing MAS identity starting with prefix 2AA - 2NT was hence fore issued.
