Owner's Description

Fiber notes are tough to get with a high grade since the fibers can make the note look circulated. The bronze is a little dark but well centered. The surcharges are clear. The reverse is centered slightly to the left. The only thing that suggests that this is circulated is a small wavy bit of paper at the top right corner.
