Owner's Description

- The bottom and left side were perforated well clear of the guide lines, which can still be seen. The top and right side are right at the edge of the printing, limiting the grade of this note. The perforations are just clear of the printing on the reverse. Strong color to the ink, deserving of the EPQ grade.
