Owner's Description

This rare Justice note has the “a” sheet locator on the front and widely spaced A-2-6-5 surcharges on the back. PMG has graded a total of 36 notes with only 1 note better. This note has tight margins cut into the design and blurry surcharges. Even so, it is the second best note graded and has an EPQ.
