FRONT: At the top is the text "Ukrainian People's Republic". At the bottom, located between the designers initials "V" on the left and "K" on the right, is the text "State Credit Ticket". Center, from left to right, is the numerical denomination in a diamond cartouche with geometric pattern. Next to which is the text "Hryvnia" followed by the Tryzub in a diamond cartuche with geometric pattern. Below the text "Hryvnia" is depicted a fruiting tree, over geometrical ornamental patterns, with the text "TWO HRYVNIA EQUALS 1 KARBOVANET, 1 HRYVNIA CONTAINS 8.712 DOLYA OF PURE GOLD" in the branches of the tree, at the base of the depiction is the text "Year 1918". To the left of the depiction is the text "Director of the State Bank" with signature and to the right is the text "Treasurer" with signature, both over ornamental patterns.

BACK: Center, in a diamond cartouche is the text "State credit notes of the Ukrainian People's Republic are guaranteed with all state property of the Republic. State credit notes of the Ukrainian People's Republic go hand in hand with a gold coin. Forgery of state credit notes is punishable by deprivation of rights and imprisonment.". To the left and right is the numerical denomination over a circular geometric pattern. The entire back is within a rope boarder with a repeating diamond pattern filling the background of the note. The serial number with prefix is located at the bottom of the note in red overprint.
