Owner's Description

This note has good margins on the sides and bottom, but the top was cut at the top of the design which limits the grade. On the back the surcharges R-1-18-63 are clear, which is pretty amazing since this note is printed on fiber paper. This is a very scarce note with only 63 currently graded by PMG.
