Owner's Description

This Fine English commemorative banknote for the Silver Jubilee of King George V and Queen Mary dressed in full royal regalia. The reverse of this note does not feature alleghorical tributes to Canada's progress like the rest of the series. Rather it highlights Windsor Castle in England. It is appropriate for this commemorative banknote because George V created the House of Windsor title for his royal family when he made his family relinquish their German and foreign titles.
