Owner's Description
This bank note features the famous five Canadian women who successfully one and appealed to the privy council in England the case for women as persons. These famous five are in the sculpture honouring them highlighted on the back of this $50 note. There is a copy of the document for the women as persons case and the scales of justice along with the first woman senator. This is a wonderful historical note. Unfortunately Prime Minister William Lyon Mackenzie is on the front who had a great deal to do with racism and anti-Semitism. This is a PMG66 Jim Uncirculated exceptional paper quality note that begins with the serial letters FMG.
