Owner's Description

An island and nautical theme is evident on this colorful French Pacific Territories note graded 67EPQ. The note has a security thread going from top to bottom on the left of center of the front of the note. Anyone else notice the resemblance of Admiral Febvrier-Despointes to Elvis on the reverse. Acquired on eBay.
