Owner's Description

This is a $10 1882 Value Back from the Lowry National Bank in Atlanta Georgia. It is an evenly worn and problem free note graded 20 Very Fine. Signatures are bold and look like they are stamped, not handwritten. The grade seems appropriate for the condition of the note. Acquired on eBay in August 2013.
