Owner's Description

This 1902 Plain Back was acquired in a private transaction in July 2013. The note was already graded, so no grading risk was taken. It originally was listed on eBay but did not sell. I contacted the seller privately with an offer and he took it. The note is really nice, uncirculated, with bright color and decent margins. And of course, it is a good match for my Newport Ridge Collection, since it is from Newport (NH not CA). Oh well, close enough.
