This is a 2008 Collector Series Prefix A $5 Disney Dollar issued in Disneyland featuring Band Major Mickey Mouse ca.1955 at the front of the note.

At the back of the note features the transition of Mickey Mouse from the year 1928 to 2008 and this notes symbolise Mickey Mouse 80th Anniversary shown.
