Obverse: Imperial Seal of Japan (kikukamon) - a stylised chrysanthemum blossom also symbolizing the Land of the Rising Sun. Mythical legendary two-horned five-clawed Emperor dragon at right.
Obverse Color: Slate blue frame on Salmon under-print, and plum dragon overprint. .
Reverse: Decorative interlaced ornamental guilloche patterns and rosettes
made with lathework.
Reverse Color: Slate green
