2nd highest grade with King Farouk the last king of Egypt photo on the face of it.
With signature of Ahmed Zaki Saad in his first period who held the position of Governor of the National bank of Egypt in two periods
The first was from 12th May 1951 to 30th April 1952 and the second was from 31st March 1955 to 23rd July 1957
