“Egypt 50 Piastres 1952–54 – Fekry Signature. The famous ‘Sphinx’ design printed by Bradbury Wilkinson & Co. marks the final transitional issue of the Egyptian royal era. Front shows a majestic Pharaonic portrait symbolizing Egypt’s identity before the Republic. Certified PMG 66 EPQ Gem Uncirculated – only 10 graded at this level and one higher. Perfect centering, flawless paper and deep brown-violet tones make this one of the finest known examples of the Fekry-signed 50 Piastres note.”
