High Grade!
The 2001 "10 Years of the Tolar" 100 Tolarjev commemorative release was issued by the Bank of Slovenia to mark the 10th anniversary of Slovenian independence and its national currency. The left side of the banknotes is stamped with “Banka Slovenije 1991-2001” in gold.
Three notes were extremely limited: the Bank of Slovenia released 1,000 sets consisting of a 10,000 tolar note, a 1,000 tolar note and a 100 tolar note for sale. In addition to these sets, a further 4,000 1,000 tolar notes and 9,000 100 tolar notes were released into circulation.
