TOP POP as a replacemtent note with the prefix ZA!
The "Commemorative" 100 Tolarjev banknote was issued in 2004 by the Bank of Slovenia to mark the country's official entry into the European Union. The commemorative version features a special gold overprint shows the year "2004" written vertically, with the final numeral “4” gradually transforming into a five-pointed star.
Three notes were extremely limited: the Bank of Slovenia released 1,000 sets consisting of a 10,000 tolar note, a 1,000 tolar note and a 100 tolar note for sale. In addition to these sets, a further 4,000 1,000 tolar notes and 9,000 100 tolar notes were released into circulation.
