Owner's Description

What a great note with the brilliant Louis Pasteur as the subject. The word "pasteurize" comes from his process that allowed milk to extent the shelf life and kill the harmful bacteria. The pastel beauty of French notes, the wonderful subject matter like this note and the excellent prices one can obtain for GEM quality graded notes continues to intrigue me on the future value of these notes.
