Owner's Description

The very common Fr-1173, 1923. 2,291 have been graded by PCGS. 2,358 have been graded by PMG for a total of 4,649. All of the Hillegas $10 series from FR-1167 to Fr-1172 have a total of 2,209 graded. Twice as many of the Fr-1173 have been graded than all other $10 Hillegas Gold Certificates combined! That is an indication of how common the Fr-1173 is.
