Owner's Description

Building on the Washington Portrait Set. Also, trying to complete the emergency currency which as I have stated, are truly important historical evidence of a turbulent era in which this country was worried that the power of the Japanese empire may actually put legal tender in danger should the Japanese occupy large amounts of the currency. The Hawaii stamp on the back is testament to the fear that should Japan occupy Hawaii, the currency could be immediately invalidated.
