Owner's Description

Gorgeous St. Louis star note. High quality of our most famous and intriguing President. As fate would have it, both he and FDR bled mentally through a long, painful war and lived to see the destruction of the enemy, but died before the peace, so hard fought for, could be enjoyed. On another note (no pun intended) PMG has graded only 8 of these star notes. One has to wonder if this will be an ultra-rare note of the future with a high value or whether a few packs will turn up and someone has a couple of hundred graded?
