Owner's Description

Portrait of Moritz M. Daffinger was an Austrian artist, best known for his miniature portraits painted directly on ivory. Born on January 25, 1790 in Lichtental, Austria, Daffinger was involved in the arts at a young age, being the son of a local porcelain painter Johann Daffinger.
