The third and last of the $1.00 1987 series was printed to expand their use by Disney guest, both at Disneyland and Disney World. The restriction of use at only Disneyland was removed and replaced with; “MAY BE USED AS LEGAL TENDER ONLY AT DISNEYLAND© AND WALT DISNEY WORLD.” Serial numbers on this series start with a D prefix for Disney World, as an O for Orlando could be confused as part of the numbers. The serial numbers were also increased to 8 digits and the letter A was added as a suffix. All other design features of the second issue remained the same.
